Reservation Policy

New Generation Limousine Service provides competitive rates for beyond average service and attention. We ask that you review our pricing policy to make sure the inclusions are understood. Please Contact Us with any questions you have regarding our policies.

We offer two limousine service categories for you to choose from:

Airport Services  |  Non-Airport Services

Standard Rate Schedules: include a 20% service fee and 6.75% tax on all services. When checking out, calculations are automatically made for you and the total price will reflect inclusions. Limousine and Sedan rates are subject to change at anytime.

Minimum Time Reservations: There is a minimum three (3) hour reservation required for the 8-10 Passenger Limousine (Stretch Limo) for non-airport transport such as special occasions and weddings and a six (6) hour minimum for homecomings and proms.

Reservation Deposits: You can reserve your limo with a minimum deposit based on the price of the transport requested - and provide the full balance (including gratuity and tax) prior to three (3) days of the date of service through our convenient online reservation service.

Our Airport Transport Service Policy is available to ensure your comfort in making transportation arrangements.

Our Reservation Policy and Cancellation Policy are available for review as well to avoid any confusion with rental expectations.

Remote Location Reservations: If you are in a location that does not provide you with computer access, simply phone us and we can take care of your credit card payments on an individual basis.
